Our mission
Education 4 All 23 CIC exists to help people who have newly arrived in the UK settle, learn, and build independent lives — through language, digital skills, and a route into work.
Who we are
Education 4 All (E4A) is a Community Interest Company based in Coventry, now in its third year of delivery. We were set up to respond directly to a gap we saw: people arriving in Coventry and Warwickshire with real skills and ambition, but without the language, digital confidence, or local know-how to access work, services, and community life.
As a CIC, everything we generate goes back into our community work — there are no shareholders to pay, just learners to support.
Our founder

E4A was founded by Farida Butt, who leads the organisation as Director and CEO. Farida works directly with learners in the community — teaching, building relationships, and writing the funding bids that keep E4A's programmes running.
[Add a short first-person quote or story from Farida here about why she started E4A — this is one of the most important pieces of copy on the site and is worth getting right together.]
Three years of delivery
Since launching, E4A has grown its programmes across Coventry and Warwickshire, working in partnership with organisations including Coventry City Council. We're a small, hands-on team — which means every learner is known by name.
[Add specific outcomes/numbers once confirmed — e.g. number of learners supported, sessions delivered, or outcomes achieved. Keeping this section honest and specific will help future funding bids.]
