Our programmes
Four programmes, built around what adult learners newly arrived in the UK tell us they need most — including childcare, which is often the barrier that stops mums attending at all.
ESOL — English for Speakers of Other Languages
Group classes that build practical, everyday English — helping learners communicate confidently at the GP, school gate, shop, or job interview.

Digital Literacy
Practical, hands-on support with the digital skills needed for daily life in the UK — many services are online-only, and this programme closes that gap.

Employment Guidance
Support to help learners move from arriving in the UK to finding meaningful work — covering the practical and the personal.

Mums & Babies
Baby-friendly sessions that let mums bring their babies along — removing the childcare barrier that would otherwise stop them attending E4A's programmes.

Trailblazer work experience
In partnership with Coventry City Council, E4A hosts short work experience placements for young people (18–21) through the Trailblazer programme, covering roles such as Teaching Assistant, Childcare Assistant, Social Media Assistant, and Administrator.
