Three programmes, one goal
Everything we deliver is designed to help newly arrived communities settle, learn, and move confidently into independent life and work.
ESOL — English for Speakers of Other Languages
Group classes that build practical, everyday English — helping learners communicate confidently at the GP, school gate, shop, or job interview.
- Sessions run in community settings across Coventry and Warwickshire
- Designed for adults newly arrived in the UK
- Focused on real-life communication, not just classroom English
Digital Literacy
Practical, hands-on support with the digital skills needed for daily life in the UK — many services are online-only, and this programme closes that gap.
- Using essential services: NHS app, Universal Credit, online banking, email
- Basic device skills for phones, tablets, and computers
- Delivered in small groups with one-to-one support available
Employment Guidance
Support to help learners move from arriving in the UK to finding meaningful work — covering the practical and the personal.
- CV writing and job application support
- Interview preparation and confidence building
- Signposting to local job opportunities and employers
